Description:

1. The photo header includes GPS coordinates, street address (street name can be disabled for open-field photos), and a time/date stamp. The time/date stamp uses NTP (Network Time Protocol) in UTC format. If NTP servers are inaccessible, the device's time/date will be utilized in the header, denoted with an asterisk next to the time.
2. The photo footer offers the option to (a) include left-aligned text from a drop-down menu with prefixes such as #, File #, Case #, Report #, Project #, Subject, Victim, Suspect, and Witness; and (b) allows users to input custom right-aligned identifying alphanumeric text.
3. GPS location precision is limited to adjustments within 100 yards. Any alterations beyond this threshold are disregarded.
4. The notes section enables users to add annotations related to photos for future reference.
5. The integrated scanner permits capturing documents/photos using the camera and converting them into PDF format for convenient emailing.
About UTC: The application utilizes the NTP (Network Time Protocol) to adhere to the UTC international time standard. This ensures timestamp accuracy across different locations, mitigating concerns related to evidentiary integrity that may arise from user-modified device time settings.
